How to Setup your FlowMattic Automation

Ensure that you're logged into your Nuelink account and have successfully connected your social media channels. If you haven't connected them yet, you can easily do so by following these steps. Now, let's move forward with setting up your automation for automatic social media posting.


In this article, we'll walk you through two straightforward steps:

  1. Creating a collection on Nuelink for your automated content.
  2. Configuring a Nuelink/FlowMattic automation to effortlessly import and schedule social media content from various tools.

So, What's FlowMattic?

FlowMattic is an automation platform designed to streamline workflows and simplify tasks. It empowers users to create seamless automated processes by connecting various apps and services.


When you pair FlowMattic with Nuelink, you can automate social media content creation and posting, cutting out manual tasks, and saving time. It's an efficient way to manage your social media presence and be more productive.

Let's get started with creating a collection.

Before starting the automation process, I suggest that you create a collection where all of the post uploaded from your FlowMattic automation will be stored.

A collection helps you organize your social content into different categories, segments, or topics. Each collection has its own posts, social channels, and time slots.

To create a collection, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Collections on the navigation Bar.

  1. Then, click on Create Collection.

  1. Name your collection. Since we are creating this collection for the FlowMattic automation, you can name it FlowMattic but any name will do.

  1. Add your Social Channels. Once your posts are uploaded to your collection, they will be shared to these channels. You can add as many as you see fit.

  1. Add a Posting Time. You can choose a posting time(s) of your choosing and then click on Add.

We have recently increased the daily posting time slots from 3 to 5 slots. This means that you can

post 5 times a day per collection.

  1. Lastly, click on Create.

By creating this collection, your posts will be added here and shared to the social channels you selected at the posting time you added.


Now, let’s get started with setting up your FlowMattic automation. 

1. First, click on Automations on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on Add Automation button on the top right of the screen. 

3. Scroll down until you find FlowMattic, and then click on Add Automation.

Once you click on Add automation, you will be directed to FlowMattic to finish-up the process. Please make sure you that you are logged in to FlowMattic beforehand.

  1. Click on Connects.

  1. Then, click on Connect Integration.

  1. Select Nuelink and click on Authenticate & Save Connect.

If you’re connecting multiple Nuelink accounts, add each one. Then, click on the Authenticate and Save Connect button. 

  1. Select your Nuelink Collection and Brand. Then Click on Give Access.



Once you do this, you can now move to creating a new workflow for Nuelink. Let assume that you want to share content from ChatGPT everyday.


  1. Create a new workflow for Nuelink, Add a new Action, Choose Application, Insert the Nuelink Integration.

  1. Finalize the process by choosing Connect, Selecting Nuelink Connect, adding the Caption, URL, Alt Text, and Title Text.

  • Please check Set Share to Feed (Instagram Reels) if you want this post to be shared to your Instagram feed.
  • Please check Set Share as Short for your video posts.
  1. Lastly, click on Save & Test Action.
