How to Share Collections across Brands

Ensure you're logged in to your Nuelink account and connected to your channels. If not, you can connect following these steps, and with that, here is how you can share collections across brands.

What Are Shared Collections?

Shared collections is a feature on Nuelink that allows you to have your collections accessible on all the brands you own within your organization. It's similar to the pre-made collections as it allows you access to a collection across brands.

Now, let's get started!

There are two parts to this process. In this first part, we will cover how you can add a collection to Shared Collection.

1. Click on Collections on the navigation bar.

  1. Click on the three dots Button on the top right of your collection.

  1. Click on Share and then click on Yes, Share.

Collections in Shared Collections will reflect the changes made to the original collections. For instance, if you delete a post from the original collection, the post will also be deleted in the shared collection.

Once you confirm, we can now move to the second part where we will walk you through the process of using the shared collection on another brand you own.

  1. Click on the brand logo to select a brand to add your shared collection to.

  1. Click on Collections on the navbar.

  1. Click on Shared Collections on the top of the page.

  1. Go to the collection you just shared and click on Add Collection.

  1. Add a collection name, channels, and select a posting time.

  1. Lastly, click on Add Collection.

Once you confirm, any updated made to the original collection will not be reflected on the new collection. For example, if you add new content or delete posts from the original collection, this will not be reflected in the copied collection.
