Important: Each Brand Has Its Own Queue and Schedule
When you work with multiple brands in Nuelink, each brand operates independently with its own queue and posting schedule. This means that the timeslots you set for Brand A will not affect Brand B, and vice versa. Similarly, each brand maintains its own independent queue of posts waiting to be published.
This separation is intentional and beneficial. It allows you to:
- Maintain brand-specific posting patterns: Brand A might post three times daily, while Brand B posts once a day, without any conflict.
- Manage different content strategies: Each brand's collections and timeslots are completely isolated, so you can tailor your content distribution strategy to each brand's unique audience and goals.
- Switch between brands easily: When you select a different brand from the dropdown menu in Nuelink, you automatically switch to that brand's queue and posting schedule.
When you navigate to the Posting Schedule page, you are always viewing and editing the schedule for your currently selected brand. Make sure you have the correct brand selected before adding or modifying timeslots.
Time Zones FAQs & Troubleshooting:
What’s the difference between the account time zone and the queue time zone?
For most Nuelink plans, changing the time zone from the account or queue settings is the same. However, if you are on the Nuelink Agency plan, you should set a general time zone for the account based on your local time and set different time zones for each brand you manage in the individual brand queue settings.
Does the time zone change apply to all the brands or only one brand?
If you change your time zone from account settings, it will be changed on all the brands you own.
What roles can or can’t change time zones?
On the Standard, Premium, and Business plans, only the owners can change the time zone settings. However, for Agency plans, only owners and admins can change the time zone settings, while editors and clients cannot.
What’s the difference between the time zone in agency plans vs other time zones?
On the Agency plan, you can customize a time zone for each of your brands in their individual queues while keeping your local time zone set in your account settings.
Can I have a different time zone for each brand?
You can set different time zones for each brand only on the Agency Plan.
Will changing my time zone affect posts that are already scheduled?
Yes. If you change your time zone after scheduling posts, the times of those queued posts will shift to reflect the new time zone. Review your scheduled posts after making any time zone changes to make sure they're still set to go out at the intended times.
Why are my posts going out at the wrong time?
This is usually caused by a mismatch between your Nuelink time zone setting and your local time zone. Go to Account Settings or Queue Posting Schedule and confirm that the selected time zone matches your local one. If you recently traveled or changed regions, you may need to update this manually.
Can team members (editors or clients) see the time zone setting?
Team members can generally see the time zone that's in use, for example, when viewing the posting schedule, but only owners (or admins on Agency plans) can modify it.
What time zone should I use if I manage brands across multiple regions?
On Standard, Premium, and Business plans, we recommend setting your account time zone to the region where most of your audience or posting activity is concentrated. If you need true per-brand time zone control, upgrading to the Agency plan is the best solution.
Does the time zone setting affect analytics and reporting?
Yes. Your selected time zone also determines how timestamps appear in your analytics and post-performance reports. Keeping your time zone accurate ensures your reporting data reflects the correct local times.
I changed my time zone, but my posts are still showing the old time. What should I do?
Try refreshing your browser after saving. If the issue persists, log out and back into your account. If scheduled posts are still showing the wrong time, double-check that you clicked "Save" after making the change, unsaved changes will not take effect.
