How to Setup Facebook Reviews Automation on Nuelink
Make sure you're logged in to your Nuelink account and connected to your Facebook page. If not, you can connect them following these steps, and let's set up your Facebook Reviews to auto-post your clients' reviews to your other social media channels.

What is Facebook Reviews Automation?
Facebook Reviews Automation is a tool that helps you easily Import your Facebook Business Reviews and share them on other social media platforms. With this feature, you can automatically post your reviews on different accounts, reaching a wider audience.
How to Setup Facebook Reviews Automation on Nuelink?
- Go to the “Automations” tab and Click “Add Automation” at the top right corner.
- Click “Reviews” from the top bar, and click “+ Add Automation” below Facebook Reviews.
Select a Facebook Page to share reviews from.
Make sure you have your Facebook Page connected to Nuelink, and that you have Reviews activated on your Page.
Post Caption.
Modify your Reviews post caption as you see fit, add emojis and hashtags as well.
Post Title.
Edit your Post title for Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok Images.
Set a time to check for new reviews.
You can choose to check for a new review every 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours.
You can choose to create a new Collection for the imported reviews or select a premade collection.
Make sure you have at least one content collection created on Nuelink.
- Enable importing existing reviews along with auto importing the upcoming reviews.
Set a Follow Up to be added after a while to your review posts.
Use this to encourage your audiences to review your business or service.
Mark Posts as a draft for later edits.
Make them as drafts so you can review and edit your posts before posting.
Import Post as an Image.
Auto import your Reviews as images and choose a template of your liking.
Confirm by clicking on “Add Facebook Reviews Automation”
Once you confirm, your Facebook Review will be imported immediately or according to your selected collection schedule.

In the Automation tab, you can view and control your active Facebook Reviews settings, including checking its history, editing, refreshing, pausing, or removing it.
Facebook Reviews Imported as Image posts.
In your Collection, you can preview the uploaded reviews and make any necessary edits.
