Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Automations in the left sidebar and click Create Automation in the top right corner.

  1. Click Reviews in the top bar. Then, under Facebook Reviews, click + Add Automation. The setup window opens.

  1. Under Social Channels, select the Facebook channel you want to import reviews from.

  1. Write your Post Caption. This is the text shared with each review. You can add emojis and hashtags, write more than one variation, or use the variables {{review}}, {{reviewer}}, {{date}}, and {{link}} to fill in details automatically.

  1. Set the Post title. This is optional and is used for image posts on YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook videos.

  1. Under Choose post format, pick Link Post or Image Post. If you choose Image Post, select an Image Template for how your reviews will look.

  1. Turn on Import existing reviews as well as future ones if you want to share reviews you already have. Then set the Number of Posts to Import (any number from 1 to 100).

  1. (Optional) Turn on Mark the posts as draft for later review if you'd like to check each post before it goes live.

  1. (Optional) Turn on Send follow-up comment to add a comment after each review post. Write your comment (you can use {{review}}, {{reviewer}}, {{date}}, {{link}}, or NueAI), then set the Condition, for example, after a delay and the number of minutes to wait.

  1. Set the Check frequency: how often Nuelink checks for new reviews. Pick from the dropdown, such as Every 24 Hours.

  1. Leave Create a new collection for this automation on to make a fresh collection, or turn it off to choose a collection you already have.

  1. Click Add Facebook Reviews Automation to save.

That's it! You're all set! Your Facebook reviews will now flow into Nuelink and post automatically.

How to Set Up Your Collection

Every automation posts through a collection, a folder that holds your automated posts and applies the same channels, schedule, and recycling rules to all of them. If you let the automation create a collection, or you want to build one yourself, open the collection and go to its Settings tab to set it up:

  1. Collection Name: Give your collection a clear name, such as "Automation posts", and pick a color code so it's easy to spot in your list.

  1. Default Social Channels: Select the channels you want to post to from this collection. Posts added here go to these channels by default. If you added Pinterest, choose a Pinterest Board (one board per channel). If you added YouTube, choose your YouTube Playlists.

  1. Weekly Schedule: Set the days and times your posts go out. Choose your days under Select Days, set a time under Pick Time, then click Add slots. Posts fill the next open slot. Check that the time zone at the bottom is right, and click Change to adjust it if needed.

  1. Recycle (Evergreen): Turn on Recycle published posts (evergreen) to repost your content automatically after a break. Set the Cooldown (how long to wait before a post goes back in the queue) and the Repeat limit (how many times each post can recycle).

  1. Queue Behavior: Choose where new posts land: Top of the queue (post sooner), Bottom of the queue (post later), or Random (shuffle into the schedule).

  1. Advanced Options (optional): Turn on Pause posting from this collection to stop publishing without deleting posts, or Timeframe limit to set start and end dates for when the collection is active.

  1. Click Save Changes at the top.

Your collection is ready, and every review post will follow these settings. You can come back and change them anytime.

Tip: The Danger Zone at the bottom of Settings lets you permanently delete the collection and all its posts. This can't be undone, so use it with care.

FAQs

How often will Nuelink check for new reviews?

As often as you set in the Check frequency dropdown during setup, such as every hour or every 24 hours.

Can I share reviews I already have, not just new ones?

Yes! Turn on Import existing reviews as well as future ones, then set how many to bring in with Number of Posts to Import (up to 100).

Can I edit a review post before it goes live?

Yes. Turn on Mark the posts as draft for later review, and every review post is saved as a draft first, so you can review and edit it before publishing.

Can I share reviews as images instead of plain text?

Yes. Under Choose post format, select Image Post and pick an Image Template. Your reviews will be posted as images using that design.

Do I have to create a new collection?

No. Leave Create a new collection for this automation on for a fresh collection, or turn it off to use a collection you already have.

Troubleshooting

No reviews are being imported.

Make sure reviews are turned on for your Facebook Page. If reviews are switched off on Facebook, Nuelink has nothing to pull in. Turn them on, then refresh the automation from the Automations tab.

My Facebook Page isn't showing up under Social Channels.

This usually means the page isn't connected to Nuelink yet, or the connection needs refreshing. Go to Channels, connect or reconnect your Facebook Page, then start the automation again.

Posts aren't publishing on schedule.

Open the collection linked to this automation and go to its Settings tab. Make sure the Default Social Channels are set and the Weekly Schedule has time slots added.

I want to pause the automation for a while.

You have two options. Pause the automation itself from the Automations tab, or open its collection's Settings and turn on Pause posting from this collection. You can resume either one whenever you're ready.
