Engage Comments FAQs & Troubleshooting:
Can I manage direct messages in Engage?
Not yet. Engage currently handles post comments only. A Social Inbox for DMs is on the roadmap.
Why don't I see comments from some of my accounts?
Engage only displays comments on posts published through Nuelink. Comments on posts published natively on the platform won't appear.
How many comments can I moderate at once?
You can select up to 10 comments at a time for bulk actions like Like, React, Delete, or Dismiss (availability depends on the platform).
What happens when I reply to a comment?
The comment automatically moves to the Replied tab. You can also dismiss it manually to clear it from the New tab without replying.
Why can some platforms like but others React?
It comes down to each network's own options. Facebook, Bluesky, and Mastodon support a single Like. LinkedIn supports multiple reactions (funny, insightful, celebrate, etc.). Instagram and Threads don't currently expose comment reactions through their API.
Are TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube comments supported?
YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest are coming soon.
My comments aren't loading in Engage.
Check that your social account is still connected under Channels. If the connection expired, reconnect the account and allow all requested permissions.
I can't reply with an image on Instagram.
Instagram's API doesn't allow image replies in comments. You can still use text, emojis, and shortcodes.
The Delete option is missing on a Threads, Bluesky, or Mastodon comment.
Those platforms don't currently support deleting comments through the API. Use Hide or Dismiss instead.
A comment I replied to still shows in the New tab.
Refresh the page. If it persists, manually dismiss the comment to move it to the Dismissed tab.
