By linking your Dropbox to your Nuelink account, you'll easily access and upload all your images and videos directly from Dropbox when creating posts.

Let’s get started:

  1. Click on “Media Library” at the bottom of the left menu.

    Navigate to the media library section to connect your Dropbox to Nuelink.

Click on Media Library


  1. Click “Settings”.

    Go to the settings of your media library.

Click on Settings


  1. Click “Connect” Dropbox.

    Tap “Connect” next to Dropbox.

Click on Connect


  1. Click “Allow”.

    Tap “Allow” to allow Nuelink to connect to your Dropbox account.

    📝Note: Please keep in mind that we will never import or upload anything without your permission. 

Click on Cancel…


  1. Dropbox connected successfully.

    You will find your Dropbox successfully linked to Nuelink.

Upload Media From Dropbox to Nuelink Media Library

  1. Click “Upload Media”.

    To upload your files to Nuelink, tap “Upload Media” at the top right corner.

Click on Upload Media


  1. Select “Dropbox”.

    Choose the Dropbox option on the menu.

Click on  Dropbox


  1. Select Media.

    You can import images, videos, carousels, and documents(PDFs) from Dropbox. 

Click on Dropbox Files…


  1. Click “Upload Selected Files”.

    Once you select your media files, confirm by clicking “Upload”.

Click on Upload Selected File(s)


  1. Click “Actions”.

    Once your media(s) is uploaded you will find it in your media library. You can click actions to download a file to your device, Edit your file, or delete it from your media library.

Click on Edit


Upload Dropbox Media on Post Editor

  1. On Create Post, click “Media Library” then, click “Dropbox”.

    If you are creating a post, and need to import a file from your Dropbox account, click Media Library then choose Dropbox.

Click on  Dropbox

  1. Select your media(s).

    Choose any media file on your Dropbox account.

Click on button


  1. Media on post preview.

    Your file will be uploaded successfully, and you can check how it will appear on the post preview to the right.

Disconnect Dropbox From Nuelink

  1. Navigate to Media Library Settings.

    Click on “Disconnect” next to Dropbox to disconnect your Dropbox account from Nuelink.

Click on Disconnect

You can import images (JPEG, JPG, PNG, WebP), videos (MP4, MOV), and documents (PDF only).


Can I upload carousels using Dropbox?

Yes, You can follow the steps in the Dropbox guide, and select a carousel folder to upload all your files with up to 10 media files maximum.


Can I import media for CSV Bulk Imports using Dropbox?

You can use the links from Dropbox to import images, videos, carousels, and documents. Just make sure all your links are public.
