How to Connect Mastodon to Nuelink

  1. Log in to your Nuelink account, and go to the “Social Channels” section.

  1. Click ‘Connect Channel’ at the top right corner.

  1. Click the ‘Connect’ button below the Mastodon icon. 

  1. Click on ‘Authorize’ to link your account to Nuelink.

    Please make sure you are logged into the right account in another tab, and remember that we won't post anything without your permission.  


  1. Your Mastodon account has been successfully connected to Nuelink.

    Now, your Mastodon account is ‘Active’ which means you can schedule and publish your posts via Nuelink right away.

What type of posts can I post to Mastodon? 

You can schedule and post text posts, image posts with a maximum of four images, video posts, and thread posts directly from Nuelink as long as you respect Mastodon's platform requirements.


How many posts can I publish per day?

You can post up to 30 posts per day for verified emails, and 10 maximum for non-verified emails. 


Can I post a multimedia post to Mastodon? 

You can only post multi-image posts with a maximum of four images per post. Multimedia posts with videos is not supported. 


Why did my post fail on Mastodon?

Make sure your post meets the Mastodon platform requirements to avoid any posting errors.
