Nuelink Fair Usage Policy

Our goal is to keep providing you with our services with as much flexibility as possible while keeping the pricing and limits clear and straightforward. Over 99% of users stay well within these guidelines and never have to worry about usage caps. 

⚠️ However, if your account uses excessive resources or puts too much strain on our system, we may need to set limits or restrict access to keep the Nuelink service running smoothly and maintain the best performance for everyone.

To maintain fair usage of Nuelink and deliver the best experience to our users, we have set posting limits along with some restrictions to prevent abusive use and spam.

Daily Posting Limits

To prevent spam and follow social media rules, we set daily posting limits per channel (details here). These posting limits are generous; so most users won’t come close to reaching them.

Examples of Abusive Use

  • Scheduling thousands, or tens of thousands, of posts for a single brand.
  • Creating dozens or hundreds of accounts to spam the same content.
  • Abusing bulk uploads or automations in a way that overloads our system or spams others.

Spam Policy

We do not tolerate spam or low-quality content on our platform. If your account is found to be engaging in such activities, we reserve the right to limit or disable your account without offering a refund. This is to ensure a positive experience for all users and to maintain the integrity of our service.
