How to Upgrade/Downgrade Your Nuelink Plan


In this article, we will walk you through upgrading or downgrading your current Nuelink plan. It should be easy. Please contact our support center if you have any questions.

  • Before we get started, please make sure you're logged in to your Nuelink account.
  • To make changes to your plan, you will need to be the account owner.
  • If you cannot change your plan, please contact our support center.

How to Upgrade the Nuelink Plan: 

Just a heads-up note before we start: 

If you upgrade your plan, we won’t make you pay twice for the same time. We’ll count what you already paid and take that off your new plan’s price.

For example:

  • You’re on a $18/month plan and used it for 15 days. ➙ Now, you upgrade to a $48/month plan.

➥ Since you still have $9 left from your old plan, we take that off.

➥ So, you pay $39 for the first month instead of $48.

Next month, you’ll pay the full $48. This works the same for both monthly and yearly plans! 😊

  1. Go to Settings:

  1. Click on Billing:

  1. Click on Change Plan:

  1. Select a higher plan of your choice, check the features on the right, and turn on the yearly subscription at the top if you want:

  1. Click  on Continue:

  1. Check the details of your plan change, invoice, and due date. Confirm by clicking Upgrade Now:

  1. Plan successfully upgraded, check it here:

How to Downgrade the Nuelink Plan: 

Just a heads-up note before we start: 

If you downgrade your plan, we don’t let your money go to waste! We turn the leftover amount into credit for your next bill.

For example:

  • You’re on a $48/month plan and used it for 15 days. ➙ Now, you switch to the $18/month plan. 

➥ You’ve already used $24 from your old plan and $9 for 15 days on the new plan.

➥ That leaves $15, which we save as credit for next month.

Next month, your bill will be $3, and we’ll use the $15 credit to make it a full $18. This works the same for both monthly and yearly plans! 😊

  1. Go to Settings:

  1. Click on Billing:

  1. Click on Change Plan:

  1. Select a lower plan of your choice, check the features on the right, and turn on the yearly subscription at the top:

  1. Click  on Continue:

  1. Check the details of your plan change, invoice, and due date. Confirm by clicking Downgrade Now:
