Where Are AI Credits Used?

AI credits are needed when you use AI-generated content in the following features:


1️⃣ Create Post: Use NueAI to create and enhance captions for posts.



2️⃣ Create Automation: Turn on AI Caption to auto-generate AI captions content for automated posting.



📢 Note: AI support for the Engage feature is planned but not yet available.

 How to Check Your AI Credits

You can easily track your used and remaining AI credits from your account settings.

📌 Method 1: Check via the NueAI Page

  1. Log in to your Nuelink account and go to Settings.

  1. Click on NueAI (🔗 Check Here).

  1. You will see the number of remaining AI credits.

📌 Method 2: Check via the Billing Page

  1. Log in to your Nuelink account and go to Settings.

  1. Click on Billing (🔗 Check Here).

  1. Here, you can see:
    1. Remaining AI credits

  1. Next renewal date

What Happens When AI Credits Renew?

AI credits are reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do NOT roll over to the next cycle.

  • Example: If your plan includes 100 AI credits per month and you have 50 left, they will reset to 100 on renewal.

How Can I Buy Extra AI Credits?

Yes! If you need more AI credits before renewal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.

  1. Click the yellow “Buy More Credits” button to purchase extra AI credits.

  1. Choose the amount you need and complete the payment.

    Note: Unlike other AI credits, purchased AI credits are not rest at the end of the month.

How can I use the Nue AI feature?

The NueAI assistant on the Post Editor allows you to create captions from scratch with the prompt feature, brainstorm content Ideas, enhance captions and tone, generate hashtags, and add emojis. On the automation level, NueAI will create captions for each automated post based on the automation prompt. 

Why is the Nue AI not generating the Prompt?

Make your prompt specific to avoid errors. If you’re still having trouble with it, contact our Support Center.
