Nuelink's Bulk Create feature helps you save time by allowing you to create up to 25 posts at once! Whether you're scheduling image posts, Shorts, or Stories, this tool helps you stay consistent across all your platforms in just a few clicks.
Note: This Bulk Create feature does not require uploading a spreadsheet or a CSV file. You can upload your media directly into Nuelink. If you would like to Bulk Create posts using a spreadsheet(CSV), please check here.

What is Bulk Create?
Bulk Create lets you upload multiple media files and generate posts in one go. You can add captions to each post manually or use Nuelink’s AI to generate engaging captions for you. This feature supports:

How to Bulk Create Posts

Log in to Nuelink, and click on Bulk Create
Start by logging into your Nuelink account. Open the top-right dropdown menu and select Bulk Create.

Choose a Collection
Select the collection where your posts will be added. Your posts will be scheduled based on this collection's posting times. Learn more about collections and how you can create them here.
Note ⚠️: Make sure the content type is supported by the social platforms linked to the collection.

Select Social Media Accounts
Your socials will auto-fill based on the selected collection, but you can add or remove any account manually.

Pick a Post Type
Choose between:
Posts (for image posts), Shorts (short videos), or Stories (for stories).

Upload Your Media
Add up to 25 individual images or videos. Each media will be treated as one separate post.

Add Captions
Once your media is added, write a unique caption for each post and click the NueAI button to generate one based on a prompt or enhance your captions with emojis and hashtags, etc.

More Options
You can edit your post options, such as adding a link, setting up trial reels, or sharing reels as stories. More options are available depending on the selected social media platform and post type.

Add to Queue
Once you’re ready, click Add to Queue.
Your posts will be automatically scheduled according to the collection's posting times.

Done!
All your posts will now appear in the Collection Queue, ready to go live at the set times.
Bulk Create FAQs & Troubleshooting
Can I mix post types in one bulk upload?
Yes. You can upload images and videos at the same time for posts and stories, but it does not apply to reels; they can only be short-form videos.
Will my captions be saved if I leave the page?
Yes, your draft can be auto-saved if your internet is working and your token is active. Be sure to finish and queue or draft your posts before navigating away to avoid losing any unsaved work.
What formats are supported for uploads?
Supported file types include: Images: JPG, PNG, JPEG. Videos: MP4, QuickTime (for Shorts)
Media Not Uploading?
Check your file format and size. Make sure you don't exceed the 25 media limit.
Post Type Not Showing for a Platform?
Some platforms don’t support Shorts or Stories. Make sure your selected post type is supported.
Can’t Find Your Posts?
Go to the selected Collection, and check the Queue tab. Ensure you clicked Add to Queue or Save as a Draft before exiting the Bulk Create page.
