What's ActivePieces?

Activepieces is like a smart helper that connects your favorite apps so they can work together automatically. You don’t need to know how to code; you just drag and drop steps to tell it what to do. It’s kind of like making a robot follow your instructions to save you time.

The ActivePieces Social Media Automation on Nuelink is like a smart helper that does your social media work for you. It can automatically post your content, share new blog updates, and schedule posts on your social media pages, all without you having to do it yourself.

Set Up the ActivePieces Automation on Nuelink.

First, click Automations on the left side of your screen. Then, click Add Automation at the top right.

Next, click Add Automation below the ActivePieces icon.

Choose a posting collection and add the ActivePieces Automation.
Note: the ActivesPieces posts will be added and scheduled according to the collection’s settings. You can enable “Publish Immediatly” after the collection is set with the “Edit” button.

Copy the key that appears on the screen.
Don’t share it with anyone. This key connects the ActivePieces automation with Nuelink.

Now, go to your ActivePieces account. Create a ‘new flow,’ you can start from scratch or use your templates.

Start with a trigger like ‘Schedule’, or else. Click the “+” button to choose Nuelink.
You can link it to other automations like GPT, Sheets, Slack, and many more available.

Search Nuelink, and choose create post.

Click Select a connection, and then create a connection.

Paste the API key you copied earlier from Nuelink, and save it.

Finally, edit your automation settings, hit Publish, and you’re done!

Can I send a follow-up comment to my ActivePieces automated posts?

Yes, you set a follow-up comment to be added to the posts. You can add it after you set up your automation on Nuelink, click edit automation, and then set up your follow-up comment.

Can I draft the posts to review before posting?

Yes, click on edit the automation on Nuelink, and turn on the option to draft posts before posting.

Can I publish the automated posts directly?

Yes, click Edit automation on Nuelink and turn on the option to Publish Immediately. Nuelink will refresh each hour and publish the latest post immediately, and queue up the rest according to the collection’s timing.

I can’t find the ActivePieces option when adding an automation. What should I do?

If the ActivePieces icon doesn’t appear when you search for it, try refreshing your browser or logging out and back in. If it still doesn’t show up, clear your cache or contact Nuelink Support for assistance.

My API key isn’t working in ActivePieces.

Double-check that you copied the API key from Nuelink correctly, even a small space or missing character can cause issues. Make sure you don’t share your key with anyone else.

My automation isn’t posting to social media.

If your posts aren’t showing up, check these steps:

Make sure your social media channels are connected to Nuelink.
Confirm that your ActivePieces automation flow is published and running.
Check that the collection you chose in Nuelink has the right schedule settings or “Publish Immediately” enabled.
Review your ActivePieces logs; sometimes an error message will point to what went wrong.

I set up everything, but my posts are delayed or scheduled for the wrong time.

This usually happens when your collection’s posting schedule is set to a specific time zone or interval.

To fix this, go to your Nuelink Collection Settings > Check the time zone and posting frequency > Make sure they match your desired timing.

If you want posts to go out instantly, enable Publish Immediately.

Can I connect more than one ActivePieces automation to Nuelink?

Yes! You can create multiple automations and link them to different Nuelink collections.

Just make sure to use a separate API key for each automation if you want to manage them independently.

My trigger in ActivePieces isn’t firing. Why?

This usually means your flow in ActivePieces isn’t being activated.

Try these fixes: Check if your trigger (like “Schedule” or “New blog post”) is set up correctly. Make sure your flow is Published, not just saved as a draft.

Do I need to reconnect my ActivePieces flow if I update my Nuelink password or account settings?

No, your connection will stay active unless you delete your API key.

My posts have the wrong caption or image. Can I edit them before they post?

Yes. Go to your chosen Nuelink collection, and you’ll find your scheduled posts there.

You can open any post, edit its caption or image, and then save your changes before it’s published.
