What Metrics are available on Nuelink?
You can either view an overview that combines all platforms or analyze metrics channel by channel.
The metrics generally contain: followers(total+new), impressions(all+ unique), views(video, total, unique), Interactions(total, clicks, likes, shares, comments, shared posts… and other metrics depending on the platform selected.

Followers
The followers metric helps you track audience growth across your connected platforms.
You can see the total number of followers as well as how many new followers were gained during the selected time period.
Available for the following platforms: Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Mastodon.
Note: Due to Instagram API limitations, follower metrics are only available for accounts with at least 100 followers. Instagram also only provides follower data for the last 30 days, so older historical data cannot be retrieved.

Impressions
Impressions show how many times your content appeared on users' screens.
If the same person sees a post multiple times, each view is counted as a separate impression.
Unique impressions (often called reach) count how many different people saw the post. For example, if one person sees a post three times, it counts as three impressions but only one unique impression.
Available for the following platforms: Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Views
Views measure how many times your content has been watched or opened.
This can include total views across posts and video views, depending on the platform. Some platforms also provide unique views, which count each viewer only once, even if they watch the content multiple times.
Available for the following platforms: Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube.

Interactions
Interactions represent how users engage with your content. This can include actions like likes, comments, shares, and clicks.
Nuelink groups all engagement actions into one interaction metric so you can quickly see how actively users are engaging with your posts.
Available for the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, X, TikTok, and YouTube.

Shared Posts
The shared posts metric shows how many posts were published through Nuelink during the selected time period.
Available for the following platforms: Google Business, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Mastodon.

Best Posting Times
Nuelink suggests the best times to post based on your audience activity and engagement patterns.
These recommendations are calculated using your previous posting times and the interactions your content receives. This helps you identify when your audience is most active so you can schedule posts more effectively.
Available for the following platforms: Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and Mastodon.

Top-Performing Posts
To see your top-performing posts, first select a specific channel from the dashboard. Once a platform is selected, you will see a list of the most recent top posts for that account. These posts can be filtered by metrics such as likes, comments, shares, views, and the date they were created.
Available for the following platforms: Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and Mastodon.

Analytics FAQs and Troubleshooting:
Why are some metrics not available for certain platforms?
Each social media platform provides different types of data through its API. Because of this, some metrics may only be available for specific platforms.
Why can't I see Instagram follower data?
Instagram only provides follower metrics through its API if the account has at least 100 followers, and the data is limited to the last 30 days.
Can I analyze multiple accounts at the same time?
Yes. The overview dashboard combines analytics across all connected accounts. You can also filter by individual channels if you want to analyze a specific platform.
Why are impressions higher than reach?
Impressions count every time a post appears on a screen, while reach counts the number of unique users who saw the content. If one person sees a post multiple times, impressions increase, but reach stays the same.
Can I export my analytics data?
Yes. You can download an analytics report directly from the Insights dashboard.
How are the best posting times calculated?
Nuelink analyzes your posting history, engagement, and audience activity to recommend the times when your content is most likely to perform well.
