What are the Collections Limits?

Collections are the core of how Nuelink organizes and automates your content. Each collection can be assigned specific social channels, a posting schedule, and a pool of posts to publish from. This article explains the limits that apply to collections, including how many time slots you can set per day and how many posts each collection can hold.

Collection Posting Limits

Each collection in Nuelink has two key limits:

Limit Type

Maximum

Posting time slots per day

10 time slots

Total posts per collection (lifetime)

3,650 posts

Total Posts Per Collection (3,650 lifetime)

Each collection can hold a maximum of 3,650 posts in total over its lifetime. This includes posts that are currently queued, posts already published, drafts, and recycled posts.

If you use Evergreen Recycling, Nuelink automatically re-queues your best-performing content, meaning you can keep a collection running for a long time without hitting this limit.

What These Limits Mean in Practice

The 10-slot daily limit applies per collection, not across all collections combined. If you have multiple collections, each one independently gets up to 10 time slots per day. This gives you a lot of flexibility for high-volume posting across different content themes or brands.

The 3,650-post lifetime cap is generous for most use cases. A collection posting twice a day would take over 5 years to reach that limit. If you do get close, deleting older published posts from the collection frees up space.

FAQs

Can I post more than once a day from the same collection?

Yes. You can set up to 10 posting times per day for each collection. Each time slot tells Nuelink when to publish the next post from that collection's queue.

Does the 10-time slot limit apply across all my collections or just one?

It applies per collection. Each collection you create gets its own independent limit of 10 time slots per day. If you need more daily posts, you can distribute content across multiple collections.

What happens when a collection reaches the 3,650-post limit?

You won't be able to add new posts to that collection until you remove some existing ones. Go into the collection, select posts you no longer need, and delete them to free up space. Deleted posts no longer count toward the total.

Do published posts still count toward the 3,650-post limit?

Yes. Published posts remain in the collection's history and count toward the lifetime total. To reclaim space, delete posts you no longer need from the collection.

Does the collection limit differ by plan?

The 10 time slots per day and 3,650-post lifetime cap apply to all plans. What varies by plan is the number of collections you can create and the number of posts you can have inside a collection at a time. Check your plan's details in Settings to see how many collections are available to you.
