How to Delete/Disconnect Your Channel
If you no longer want to publish to a specific social media account, you can disconnect or delete it from Nuelink at any time. This guide walks you through how to do it safely.
Note: Disconnecting a channel will stop all future posts from being published to that account. This action does not delete your social media account itself. It only removes the connection inside Nuelink.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to your Nuelink account and click on Channels in the left sidebar.

- Find the channel you want to disconnect or delete from the list.

- Click the delete icon next to the channel you want to remove.

- A confirmation message will appear. Read it carefully, then click ‘Yes, Delete’ to proceed.

- The channel will be removed from your Channels list. Any posts that were scheduled for that channel will no longer be sent.

That's it! The channel has been successfully disconnected from your Nuelink account.
FAQs
Will deleting a channel in Nuelink delete my social media account?
No. Removing a channel from Nuelink only removes the connection. Your actual social media account (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) stays completely intact.
What happens to posts that were already published before I disconnected the channel?
Published posts are not affected. They will remain live on your social media profile. Only future scheduled posts will be cancelled.
What happens to scheduled posts that were waiting in the queue for this channel?
Once a channel is disconnected, any posts scheduled specifically for that channel will not be published. The posts themselves may remain in your collections, but they will no longer have that channel assigned to them.
Can I reconnect the same channel after deleting it?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can add the channel again at any time. Go to Channels and click Add Channel to reconnect it.
I manage this channel across multiple brands. Will disconnecting it in one brand affect the others?
No. Channels are managed per brand/workspace in Nuelink. Disconnecting a channel in one brand does not affect the same account connected in a different brand workspace.
Troubleshooting
There is no delete or disconnect option in the channel menu.
Make sure you have the right permissions in your Nuelink workspace. Only workspace Owners or Admins can delete channels. If you are a team member with limited access, ask your workspace Owner to make the change.
I deleted the channel, but scheduled posts are still showing up.
Refresh the page. If the posts are still listed, check whether they are assigned to a different channel. The posts themselves are not deleted; only the channel assignment is removed.
I accidentally deleted the wrong channel.
You can re-add it right away. Go to Channels, click Add Channel, select the platform, and follow the connection steps to link the account again.
