Engage and Comments FAQs

Which comments and conversations can I manage in Engage today? 

Engage currently covers comments on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn Company Pages, YouTube, Bluesky, and Mastodon. This includes comments on both organic posts and ad posts for the supported networks. TikTok and Pinterest are coming soon. For replies and actions, supported moves include Reply, Like, Dismiss, Delete, Block, and Open Original Post.


Can I reply to comments across all my posts in one place? 

Yes, within the supported networks listed above. Engage pulls comments from all your posts on those networks into one inbox, so you can work through them without jumping between platforms. For networks that Engage doesn't cover yet (like TikTok and Pinterest), you'll still need to handle comments inside the native app or website.


Does Engage support DMs? 

Direct messages are not part of Engage today. Engage focuses on comments and replies to posts. DM support is on the roadmap and is one of the most-requested features. In the meantime, handle DMs inside each network's app. You can vote on this feature in the in-app feedback panel to help us prioritize it.


Can AI suggest replies to comments? 

AI-assisted replies are not yet built into Engage. NueAI is available in other parts of Nuelink (for captions, hashtags, and long-form content), and AI suggestions inside Engage are being tracked as a feature request. Until those ships, you can draft replies with NueAI elsewhere and paste them into the Engage reply box.


Why am I not seeing all comments in Engage? 

Most missing-comment issues come from one of four causes. The network may have a short sync delay, so very recent comments can take a few minutes to appear. The channel's permissions may have expired, which blocks Engage from fetching comments. The comments may be on a post type that Engage doesn't support yet (for example, certain ad formats or Stories). Or the channel itself is on a network Engage doesn't cover yet (like TikTok or Pinterest today). Reconnect the channel, check the network coverage, and wait a few minutes before assuming something is broken.


Engage shows zero comments for a channel that usually gets lots of activity. 

Go to Channels, find the account, and click Reconnect. Granting fresh permissions usually restores the comment sync right away.


I replied, but the comment is still showing as "New." 

Refresh the Engage page. If the status doesn't update, the reply may have failed to post on the network. Open the original post directly to confirm, and retry the reply from Engage if needed.


Bulk actions aren't working. 

Bulk actions are capped at 10 comments at a time. Make sure you haven't selected more than 10, then try again.


I see old comments but no new ones. 

This usually points to a sync issue. Reconnect the channel and check that the network hasn't revoked Nuelink's access. If the problem continues for more than a day, contact support with the brand name and channel name.
