Collections FAQ

What are the different Queue options?

We have three options for organizing posts in the Queue.

Firstly, First in, First out will post your posts chronologically starting with your oldest post and then your newest.

Secondly, Last in, First out also sorts your posts chronologically by starting with your last uploaded posts and then your first uploaded content.

Lastly, you can set your Queue to Random. You can go to a collection and click on the settings tab. then scroll to Queue Priority and select your preference.

This is it for this tutorial, please check our Help Center for further tutorials. We have many videos and articles on how you can use Nuelink to its fullest.

How do collections work in Nuelink?

A collection is a folder that groups your content by theme or campaign. Each collection holds its own posts, a set of default channels, and time slots that decide when posts go out. Content lands in a collection in three ways: you create a post manually, you upload posts in bulk, or an automation adds posts from a source. Once content is in the collection, it sits in the collection's queue and publishes on the time slots you set.

Can I add the same channel to multiple collections?

Yes. You can add the same channel to as many collections as you want. Be careful about overlap, though. If two collections both publish to the same channel at overlapping time slots, you may end up with duplicate or near-duplicate posts on that network. Either space out the time slots between collections, or keep each channel in one collection where possible.

Can I move or copy posts between collections?

Yes. Open a post, click the three-dot menu, and pick Move to Collection or Copy to Collection. Moving takes the post out of the current collection. Copying keeps the original in place and adds a duplicate to the target collection.

What happens if I delete a collection?

Deleting a collection removes all posts and scheduled items inside it. Posts that have already been published stay on the social networks themselves, but they disappear from Nuelink's records for that collection. If you only want to stop posting for a while, pause the queue instead of deleting the collection.

I created a collection, but posts aren't going to the channels I expect.

Open the collection, click Settings, and review the default channels. You can also open any post and manually adjust the channels for that post only.

My time slots look right, but posts publish at odd times.

Time slots use your brand's time zone. Open the brand settings and confirm the time zone is correct. Changing the time zone only affects future posts, so reshuffle the queue if you want older posts to pick up the new zone.

I can't find a post that should be in this collection.

The post may have been moved, deleted, or filtered out by a view. Switch to the All Posts view, or clear any status filters at the top of the collection.
