Instagram Publishing Errors and How to Fix Them
(#10) The user is not an Instagram Business
You will usually get this error if your Instagram is not a Business Account.
Instagram doesn’t allow 3rd party apps like Nuelink to post on personal or creator Instagram accounts. To resolve this you need to convert your instagram to a Business Account following the steps below.
How to set up a business account on Instagram
The Instagram account is restricted.
It looks like your Instagram account has been restricted for some reason, you will probably need to contact Instagram to resolve this issue.
What to do?
Login to your Instagram using the mobile app and you should find details and steps to resolve this.
The most common reasons are:
- Your account is relatively new, and lack certain information like profile photo, phone number etc..
- You've been inactive for a long time, then started posting too much.
- Users reported your account.
- Instagram Noticed Unusual Behaviors like spamming or using bots.

(#10) Application does not have permission for this action
It looks like there is a problem with this Instagram permissions that are preventing Nuelink from posting on this Instagram account, this could be due to editing or removing Nuelink permissions on Facebook, or you no longer being an admin or other reasons.
What to do?
To resolve this simply refresh your Instagram account from Channels and click on the following icon or deleting and re-adding your Instagram account to Nuelink.

Media ID is not available
Nuelink is set up to automatically retry the posting process if an Instagram API error answer is received. The next attempt is usually successful. If your post is not published successfully after numerous attempts, please check your video/image file. it may not be qualified for publishing after all, due to wrong resolution, bitrate, aspect ratio, or other factors.
The image format is not supported.
Your image resolution needs to be 1920×1080 or lower to post on Instagram. Resize your image and try publishing it again.
