What’s a Podcast Social Media Automation?

Automations on Nuelink allow you to create content automatically, add it to your collections, and schedule it for posting on your social media channels. You can use automations to auto-post your blog articles, store products, YouTube videos, and podcast episodes to social media, auto-retweet, add follow-up comments, and more. How to Set Up Podcast.co Automation on Nuelink

In the following steps, we will walk you through setting up the automation and then show you how to schedule the automation posts on social media. 

  1. Log in to your Nuelink account and click on “Automations” at the left navbar:

  1. Click on “Add Automation” at the top right corner:

  1. Go to the Podcasts section:

  1. Click on the blue “+ Add Automation” button below the Podcast.co icon: 

  1. Paste your podcast link in the “Podcast.co Podcasts Link” box:

  1. Activate the “Turn on AI Captions” to automatically generate post captions with AI:

    Note 📌: you can edit the AI prompt as needed to match your brand’s tone, voice, and target audience.


  1. Turn on “Publish Immediately” if you want your new podcasts to be posted on your socials right after they are live on the Podcast.co platform:

  1. If you turn off the “Publish Immediately” option, you can select how often Nuelink Automation can check your podcast for new episodes to import. 


  1. Toggle on the option to “Create a new collection for this automation” to create new posting and scheduling settings for the posts. However, if you turn it off you can select an already-existing collection of yours:

  1. Make sure to keep this option on if you want to import your upcoming podcast episodes as well as the existing ones to post:

  1. Activate “Send a follow-up comment” to auto-add a comment to your posts after a period of delay of your choice:

  1. The “Smart conditions” option enables you to import specific episodes based on specific keywords in their titles, type it in the box and hit the “Enter” key to confirm:

  1. Pick a “Post Format” from the following options, link or image post. We recommend the image post option since it’s supported across all platforms, and then Nuelink will import the episode image for the social media post:

  1. Confirm all the automation settings by clicking “Add Podcast.co Automation”:

How to Schedule Podcast.co Automation Posts on Nuelink

The following steps will show you how to schedule your posts, you will see this page after you confirm adding your automation, and it will only appear if you select to create a new collection for the automation.

  1. Select the social media account where you would like to post your episodes:

    Note 📌: Please make sure you have linked your social media accounts beforehand. Learn more about connecting social media channels to Nuelink here.


  1. Select the posting times of your choice to publish your episodes on your socials, select the day(s) and time, and hit “Add” to confirm:

  1. Finish setting up all your collection’s settings, select evergreen posting, color code your collection, set a time frame, set the order of posting, share the collection with other brands, or pause posting:

  1. Click “Save” to confirm all the posting and scheduling settings selected:

  1. Click on the “Posts” section at the top of the page to check your final imported podcast episodes as social media posts:

  1. Here you will find all your episodes being imported one by one as social media posts with AI captions, episode images, and links, all ready to be posted one by one on your socials at your preferred times:
