The Different Setting Options of a Collection

In Nuelink, your automated content is saved in collections.

Collections are like folders that keep your social media posts organized for easy access. You can add new social content to your collections and it will be added to the queue based on the time you set.

📕 In our very own Nuelink account, we have a collection for our blog posts, one for our news-related posts, drafts, and so on and so forth.

We have three setting options for collections on Nuelink. These options determine how, how many times, and when your posts in a given collection will be posted to your social media platforms.

Social Channels

  • Select which channels you would like to post to.
  • We enable posts based on the connected channels.

Select Days / Times

  • Choose your preferred days to post from this collection.

  • Choose your preferred time to post from this collection.

Evergreen

  • You can share posts on repeat.

  • The queue starts from the top when all your posts are shared.
  • You can choose how many times posts from a collection are shared with your audience.

Set Time Frame

  • You set a time frame for a collection.

  • You enter a start and end date, and content from this collection is only shared in this period.

Mark as a Draft

  • Content from this collection is not shared with your audience and is saved in your Nuelink account.

Select Color Code

  • You can set a color for each collection and color-organize your collections.
  • This is very helpful when viewing the queue in Calendar mode or when organizing your posting schedule.

📕 You can choose different colors for different collections to stay organized even more.
