How to Connect Your Instagram Account to Nuelink

Here’s a step-by-step guide to swiftly connecting your Instagram to Nuelink.

📝 Note: Due to Meta requirements, you can only connect Business and Creator accounts to Nuelink. Personal accounts are not supported. This Guide contains the following Steps:

First, let's start by completing the Meta requirements.

If you have a Personal Instagram account, you need to first switch it to a Creator or a business account.

To link Instagram via Facebook, first connect your Instagram account to a Facebook Page. Here’s how:

Now let's connect your Instagram account to Nuelink:

There are two ways to connect your Instagram account. You can do it either directly with Instagram or via Facebook:

Now let's connect your Instagram account to Nuelink:

1. Go to Social Channels on the left navigation bar. 

2. Click on the Connect Channel button on the top right of the screen.

3. Then click on Connect under the Instagram card. 

  1. Click on Connect next to Connect via Instagram:

Note: Ensure your Instagram account is open in another tab so Nuelink can easily identify the account you want to link.

5. Click on Authenticate and allow the permissions needed for this connection. 

Confirm that your Instagram account is set as a Business or Creator account and that it's connected to your Facebook page. 

📝Rest assured, this doesn't allow us permission to post to your Personal profile.

  1. Now that you have linked your Instagram account successfully, it will appear here. 

Now let's connect your Instagram account to Nuelink via Facebook:

1. Go to Social Channels on the left navigation bar. 

2. Click on the Connect Channel button on the top right of the screen.

3. Then click on Connect under the Instagram card. 

  1. Click on Connect next to Connect via Facebook:

5. Click on Authenticate with Facebook. 

📝Make sure you're logged into the Facebook page that manages your Instagram. Confirm that your Instagram account is set as a Business or Creator account and that it's connected to your Facebook page. 

📝Rest assured, this doesn't allow us permission to post to your Personal profile.

  1. Enter your login credentials and click Login. If you're already signed in, you will just need to click on Continue as [User Name].


  1. Then, you will see all Instagram accounts you manage, click to select the account(s) you want to connect to Nuelink. Finally, click on Save.

📝If you’ve selected more than one Instagram account, Nuelink will ask you to confirm which one(s) to activate.
