How to Connect Your Instagram Account to Nuelink

Here’s a step-by-step guide to swiftly connecting your Instagram to Nuelink.

📝 Note: Due to Meta requirements, you can only connect Business and Creator accounts to Nuelink. Personal accounts are not supported. Also, your Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook page.

First of all, let's start with completing the Meta requirements.

Now, let's connect your Instagram Business or Creator account to Nuelink.

1. Go to Social Channels on the left navigation bar. 

2. Click on the Connect Channel button on the top right of the screen.

3. Then click on Connect under the Instagram card. 

4. Click on Authenticate with Facebook

📝Make sure you're logged into the Facebook page that manages your Instagram. Confirm that your Instagram account is set as a Business or Creator account and that it's connected to your Facebook page. 

📝Rest assured, this doesn't allow us permission to post to your Personal profile.

  1. Enter your login credentials and click Login. If you're already signed in, you will just need to click on Continue as [User Name].

6. Grant Nuelink access to your account by clicking on Continue.

⚠️  it's important to provide Nuelink with all the permissions required for a successful connection, without changing any of the permissions.

📝Again, this doesn't allow us to post on your Personal profile.

Click on Continue

  1. Then, you will see all Instagram accounts you manage, click to Select the account(s) you want to connect to Nuelink. Finally, click on Save.

📝If you’ve selected more than one Instagram account, Nuelink will ask you to confirm which one(s) to activate.
