A Twitter 𝕏 thread is a chain of connected tweets. It helps people share longer stories or ideas by breaking them into smaller tweets. Each tweet in the thread is a reply to the one before, making a connected series.

Let’s Create and Schedule a Twitter 𝕏 Thread on Nuelink

There are two different ways of creating Twitter 𝕏 Threads on Nuelink:

Through the Threads Tab.
Through the General Tab.

1. Create a Twitter 𝕏 Thread Post on the Threads Tab:

Go to your Nuelink Account and Click Create Post.

You can find the ‘Create post’ button all over Nuelink, at the top of the left side navigation bar and the top right corner of your Queue and Any of your Collections.

Click on the 'Thread' Option from the top bar.

Select your Collection:

Select the 'Collection' you want to add your Thread Post to.

ℹ️ What's a Collection?A collection is like a folder for your social media posts. It helps you organize and schedule your content, making it easier to reach your followers. You can set your Collections to have multiple groups of social channels, social media posts types and schedule time slots based on your liking. You can personalize collections by naming, coloring, and setting schedules. Learn more about how to create your Collections here.

Select a Social Channel:

Since a thread is Twitter 𝕏 specific content, choose your Twitter 𝕏 account, which will be automatically selected if it's already added to your collection. We strongly advise including your accounts in your collection to streamline the process, eliminating the need to manually select them every time.

⚠️Important Note: Make sure you have already connected your Twitter 𝕏 Accounts. Learn more about Connecting Social Media Accounts.

Thread:

Start your thread in the box provided and leave two lines blank for a new tweet or you can click the blue (+) sign located at the bottom right side of the tweet box. Your tweets will stay connected, as shown in the preview on the left.

Keep in mind, you can create up to 15 tweets per Thread, and each one should be under 280 characters. We'll give you a heads up if any tweet goes over the limit and let you know which one needs editing.

Edit your Thread with the Following features:

Emoji Picker: Choose Emojis that align with your post.

Change Text Direction: Change which direction your text starts.

Text Font: Change the font of your text, make it bold, italic, or Underlined.

Hashtag Manager: Generate Hashtags for your post or pick from your already created hashtag groups.

Add Short Codes: Select your Short code to add to your Thread. Learn more about Short Codes.

Add Media:

⚠️Important Note: Twitter allows you to upload up to 4 images or videos per tweet.

Click on 'Upload Image(s)’, 'Upload Video' or 'Media Library' to add your images and videos.

Upload Image(s): Select an image(s) from your Media library.

Upload Video: Select a video(s) from your Media library.

Media Library: Select an image(s) or video(s) from your Nuelink Media Library, Drop Box, Box, Google Drive, and Google Photos.

Tap the ‘General, Carousel’ Option from the top bar

Select your Collection:

Select the 'Collection' you want to add your Thread Post to.

Select a Social Channel:

Caption (Thread):

Click the Caption box to begin crafting your Tweet. You can create a new tweet by skipping two lines, or if your tweet becomes lengthy and surpasses the character limits, enable the Auto Thread option.

Auto Thread:

Toggle On/Off the Auto Thread Option to effortlessly transform your extended caption or thread into multiple sections. This feature automates the process for creating a seamless and organized Twitter 𝕏 thread.

Enhance Thread with NueAI:

Once you have finished crafting your Twitter thread and personalized it to your liking, examine the preview located on the right side of your screen. Be sure to scroll down to view platform specifications for the ideal threads and media formats.

You can Toggle On/Off any of the following features:

General features:

Use alternative text (Image Only): Implement Alternative text in your image. (Not supported by videos)

Send follow up comment: Customize a comment to be added to your post after an amount of time, you can also use NueAI Assistant to enhance your follow-up comment.

Link Quote the First Tweet of thisThread at the End of it: This feature allows you to invite others to retweet or share your Twitter thread by using the initial tweet.

Auto retweet after(Twitter 𝕏 Only): Allows you to auto retweet your tweet after a period of time of your choice.

Scheduling Options:

Select a Scheduling Option once your Thread is ready.

Add to Queue: This option allows you to post to your Collection Queue.(Last in Queue)

Share Next: This option allows you to schedule your Thread to be published in the next available slot in your collection queue.(Next in Queue)

Save as Draft: you can save your post for later editing, publishing, and scheduling. (Will not be added to the Queue)

Post Now: This Option allows you to publish your Thread immediately. (Will skip the Queue)

Schedule once: Enable this to schedule a single post for a specific date and time, without following your collection's regular queue. Keep in mind that it won't repeat, even if you've enabled the evergreen option for your collection. Learn more about how Nuelink Queue works..

Where to find your Thread After You Are done:

Once you are done scheduling, you will find your Thread post in your Queue.

Queue Editing Options:

View: Take a quick look at your premade Thread.

Post Now: This Option allows you to publish your Thread immediately. (Will skip your Queue)

Edit: Make more Changes to your drafted Thread.

Delete: Permanently remove your Thread.

If you have Saved your post as Draft you will find it at your collection Queue, just click Drafts right under your Post you can find options to resume editing and scheduling.

Drafts Editing Options

View: Take a quick look at your premade draft.

Add to Queue: Move your Drafted post to the Queue.

Edit: Make more Changes to your drafted post.

Click the three dots to access more options:

Post Now: This Option allows you to publish your post immediately. (Will skip the Queue)

Move: Move your post to another Collection.

Duplicate: Make a copy of your drafted post.

Delete: Permanently remove your draft.

Why did my post not get published after I scheduled it?

If you encounter any publishing errors it is most likely due to the video duration, format, or size.

Please make sure your posts meet each Platform requirement.

Can I create a one-off post?

As of yet, all your posts must be created in a collection. We will be adding the ability to create one-off posts to Nuelink very soon.

What are the maximum characters allowed for a Tweet?

Currently, Twitter 𝕏 only allows a maximum of 280 characters per Tweet.

Can I bulk-upload posts with videos?

Yes, we have recently added the ability to add video content when bulk-uploading posts. This is how you can bulk-upload your posts.

Can I change the time of posting for a post that is already in the Queue?

Luckily, you can. Click on Edit at the bottom of the post then click on Schedule. You can then select an exact date for your post
